The IT procedure for submitting the application for the 2023 ISI Call opens on 15 April .
Closing is set for May 30, 2024.
The ISI notice published by INAIL provides for the granting of non-repayable loans on expenses incurred for improving health and safety levels in the workplace.
All companies registered with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture on the national territory can apply to obtain a contribution equal to 65% on expenses earmarked for projects to improve levels of health and safety in the workplace, to improve global performance and sustainability.
The total financial resources available amount to approximately 500 million euros , divided into regional budgets.
Among the eligible expenses there is the adoption and certification of organizational and social responsibility models (Financing Axis 1.2), such as UNI EN ISO 45001 .
UNI ISO 45001 specifies the requirements for an occupational health and safety (OSH) management system and provides guidance for its use, in order to enable organizations to provide safe and healthy workplaces , preventing injuries and illnesses related to work, as well as proactively improving their OSH performance.
The standard is applicable to any organisation , regardless of size, type and activity, that wishes to create, implement and maintain a management system to improve health and safety at work, eliminate hazards and minimize OSH risks.
Submission of the application
Applications must be submitted electronically.
The procedure takes place in three phases:

access to the procedure and filling out the application;

sending the application online;

confirmation of the online application.
You must be registered on the INAIL portal.
Inail acknowledges the application within 120 days of the deadline for completing the application.
Investigation times
The concession provision is adopted within 120 days of the closure of each branch.
The intention to request early disbursement of the contribution must be expressed by the applicants, under penalty of inadmissibility, together with the submission of the application.
Selection criteria / Rewarding elements
The projects must also respect the parameters indicated in the annexes to the tender to reach the minimum eligibility threshold.
Applications will be evaluated in chronological order . In the case of ex aequo, priority is given by:

lower financing required;

larger project amount;
-
oldest date of establishment of the company;

possession of the legality rating.
