The Central Inspectorate for the Protection of Quality and Repression of Fraud (ICQRF) of agri-food products of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry (MASAF) has renewed the authorisation, by Ministerial Decree, for CSQA to carry out checks for the Designation of Protected Origin Puzzone di Moena for the next three years.
Puzzone di Moena DOP , also protected by the Ladin name Spretz Tzaorì DOP , is one of the excellences of Trentino-Alto Adige , a region with 29 DOP IGP products in the food and wine sectors, capable of generating an economic impact equal to over 1 billion euros thanks to the work of 21,600 operators .
