This notice is given pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. N . 196/2003 - Code regarding personal data protection to those who interact with the web services of CSQA Srl for the protection of personal data , accessible via internet at the address: corresponding to the start page (or home page) on the official site .
This information is provided only for the site to CSQA Srl and not other websites that may be accessed via links .
This statement is prompted by Recommendation no . 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data gathered by the Group established art. 29 of Directive no . 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for collecting personal data on- line, and, in particular, the manner , timing and nature of the information that data controllers must supply to users when they connect to web pages , regardless of the purpose of the link.

No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated . The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material ( bulletins, CD- ROMs, newsletters, annual reports, answers to questions, acts and measures, etc.. ) Are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only where this is necessary for that purpose (shipment service , .....) .

No personal data concerning users are acquired by the website .
We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are used cd persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users .
The use of SO-CALLED Session cookies ( which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed ) is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers ( consisting of random numbers generated by the server ) necessary to consent the secure exploration and efficient site.
THE SO-CALLED Session cookies used in this website avoid using other computer techniques that are potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow acquisition of personal identification data .


Apart from that specified for navigation data , the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms indicated in contacts with the Office to request the dispatching of informative material or other communications. Their absence can make it impossible to fulfill the request .
It must be remembered that in some cases (not object of the ordinary administration of this website ) the Authority can request information pursuant to Article 157 of Legislative Decree no. N . 196/2003 , for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases reply is obligatory under penalty of a fine.


Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected .
Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.


The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin , verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction ( art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. n . 196/2003) .
For the purposes of this Article shall have the right to request cancellation , transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, and oppose any case , for legitimate reasons , to their treatment.

Article 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights

1 . You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2 . You have the right to obtain the indication :
a) the origin of personal data;
b ) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments ;
d ) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5 , paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State , managers or agents .
3 . The interested party has the right to:
a) updating , rectification or , when interested , integration of data;
b) the cancellation , transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully , including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a ) and b) have been notified , as also related to their contents , to those to whom the data were communicated or distributed, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4 . The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data , pertinent for collection purposes ;
b) the processing of personal data concerning him for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication .
