WHAT IS THAT

Risk Management Assessment is a service created to respond to the main criticalities of the wine sector:

  • Proliferation of internal procedures, multiplication of company contacts and consultants, disconnect between the company Management Systems and the Organizational Systems to protect the company (e.g. organizational model 231), with consequent increase in charges and costs, often not quantified
  • The Management Systems sometimes lack an organic vision and a concrete integration of the various company sectors, as they have been developed in order to respond to specific needs (e.g. food safety, environment, etc.)
  • The decision to adopt Management Systems has often been "marketing oriented" and not "management oriented", responding more to a market request than to the company's desire to organize itself

To respond to these critical issues, CSQA has set up the Risk Management Assessment service: a due diligence service on aspects of legality (with a particular focus on environmental crimes, safety in the workplace, food fraud - Reference model 231), traceability and sustainability.
