In the year of its 215th anniversary, Oleificio Zucchi chose to celebrate not only its entrepreneurial history, but above all the people who make it possible every day. Family Day was held at the production site , an event that featured employees and their families , more than 400 people invited to experience a special day of conviviality, experiences, and sharing.

With this initiative, the Zucchi family renews its connection with the company and its local community , offering a unique opportunity to discover from the inside the world of a company that, for over two centuries, has delivered on quality, delivered on its promise, and combined tradition and innovation, with an unwavering commitment to sustainability. Starting at 8:30 a.m., a delegation of residents from Cavatigozzi, the neighborhood where the production facility is located, and, starting at 10:30 a.m., employees—from the city and surrounding provinces—and their families were welcomed for a company tour. From the factory to the laboratory, from the offices to the large Olive Oil Cellar, participants had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of Oleificio Zucchi and experience firsthand the principles that have always guided the company.

In 2017, Oleificio Zucchi introduced the first Sustainability Certification Specification for the entire extra virgin olive oil supply chain (DTP 125), guaranteed by CSQA ; in 2023, it presented the Guidelines for the Evaluation and Communication of the Sustainability of Italian Olive Oils, an interdisciplinary tool developed with the contribution of a Scientific Committee of experts and shared with the entire supply chain.

In 2025 , confirming its path of social and environmental responsibility, the company officially became a Benefit Corporation , generating not only economic but also social and environmental value.
