The certification, issued by CSQA , involved a structured process involving data collection and analysis, a feasibility assessment based on the KPIs required by the standard, and a final audit conducted by auditors from the certification body. The analysis encompassed all human resources processes, from personal data to salary data, from gender balance within the various company categories to inclusion policies and the equal availability of training, development, and professional growth opportunities.

Among the elements most appreciated during the evaluation phase were equal pay between women and men, initiatives to support work-life balance , the extension of benefits related to parenthood and caregiver support, as well as the presence of a structured people care function.

"We are very pleased with the result achieved, but above all, we are aware that this certification represents only the beginning of a journey," says Relmi Rizzato, HR Director at Gruppo San Benedetto . " Gender equality is built every day, through specific choices, attention to people, and a shared commitment from all management. We will continue to work, together with our people, for an environment where women and men have the same opportunities, the same rights, and the same respect."
