Agenform has achieved an important milestone, being among the first professional training schools in Italy to obtain the certification on Gender Equality, according to the "Guidelines on the management system for Gender Equality". The certification, issued by the Csqa Certification Body , concerns the offices of Cuneo, Savigliano and Moretta. The audit evaluated several key areas, including culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, growth opportunities and inclusion of women, gender pay equity, protection of parenthood and work-life balance.
