It all starts with the choice of raw materials: Ambrosini dedicates itself to selecting the best cuts, suitable to guarantee softness, taste and low fat content.

The production of ready-to-eat references takes place inside a clean room : a work area subjected to various environmental controls including pressure, temperature and humidity. A fundamental element is the continuous air filtering and recirculation system, which is filtered, cleaned of contaminants and reintroduced through a homogeneous air flow.

All products are also GLUTEN FREE: tartare and chopped meats are certified CSQA DTP n. 108 , a voluntary standard providing additional guarantees for the end consumer.
