INPS , in a press release, recalls that Article 5 of Law No. 162 of 5 November 2021, has provided for an exemption from the payment of social security contributions , in an amount not exceeding 1% and up to a maximum of 50,000 euros per year, for private employers who are in possession of the "Gender Equality Certification", issued in compliance with the UNI/Pdr 125:2022 practice.In agreement with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, as well as the Department for Equal Opportunities of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, with message no. 3804 of December 16, 2025 , it is communicated that the online application form "SGRAVIO PAR_GEN" has been released on the institutional website www.inps.it , in the section entitled "Portale delle Agevolazioni (formerly DiResCo)". This form is intended for the submission of applications by interested employers who have already obtained or will obtain the aforementioned certification by December 31, 2025.
To access the form, you must select the reference year 2025.
Requests for recognition of the benefit can be submitted until April 30, 2026.
