Gender Equality Certification for AgenForm The Agency for Training Services of the Province of Cuneo – Consortium (AgenForm) has achieved an important milestone, being among the first professional training schools in Italy to obtain the certification on Gender Equality , according to UNI PdR 125 “Guidelines on the management system for Gender Equality”, which provides for the adoption of specific KPIs relating to gender equality policies in organizations.

The Consortium was born from the will of Companies, Local Authorities and Institutions to respond to the needs of training, innovation, research and animation of supply chains important for the economic and social development of the territory and of the wider area.

The certification for Gender Equality, issued by CSQA, concerns the Cuneo, Savigliano and Moretta offices.

The audit assessed several key areas, including culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, growth opportunities and inclusion of women, gender pay equity, parental protection and work-life balance.

This important result reflects the institution's constant commitment to applying fundamental guiding principles such as inclusiveness, fairness, transparency, staff valorization, protection of the individual and the fight against all forms of violence and discrimination.

The certification process has highlighted a mature and structured approach in the adoption of inclusive policies and practices, aimed at valorizing talent in all its forms, without gender distinctions.
