CSQA organized the CSQA 2026 Auditor Conventions in Verona and Rome, two important events that saw the participation of over 500 CSQA qualified Auditors , confirming themselves as fundamental moments of meeting, updating and discussion on the main topics affecting the world of auditing and certification.In his speech, President Pietro Bonato underlined the essential role of auditors in ensuring the quality, reliability and value of voluntary and regulated certification , in a constantly evolving regulatory and technological context.
Maria Chiara Ferrarese, General Manager , also emphasized how they represent strategic partners and how these meetings are essential for sharing the organization's goals and strategies.

The meetings offered a comprehensive overview of the Certification Body's performance , development strategies, and future prospects , highlighting the importance of innovation , skills , and collaboration . They also allowed for a lively discussion of various topics, including contributions from Giulio Battistella, Technical Manager, and Stefano Vivoda, Head of the Regulated Sector Business Unit.
The event gave ample space to the topic of Artificial Intelligence in the management of the certification process, starting with audits.
Bruno Bernardi, Head of the Digital Services and Life Sciences Division, and Alessandro Munari, Coordinator of Management Systems and Social Responsibility , focused on the risks and opportunities of AI, while Audit AI CEO Daniel Peñaloza illustrated the potential of AI applied to audits and the new skills required of professionals in the sector.
