
In recent days, CORTINABANCA has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality in the workplace, issued by CSQA certifications , following a process of analysis and review of internal policies and processes, carried out in collaboration with the Federazione del Nord Est and IRECOOP.
This recognition underlines the constant commitment of the credit institution towards equity and inclusiveness in the workplace , resulting from a process of evaluation of qualitative and quantitative indicators and interviews with employees on six key areas: culture and strategy, governance, HR (human resources) processes, growth opportunities and inclusion of women in the company, gender pay equity, protection of parenthood and work-life balance.
