The Nuova Fiera del Levante has achieved Gender Equality Certification according to UNI PdR 125, issued by CSQA . This important achievement confirms the historic trade fair institution's commitment to an inclusive organizational model that respects equal opportunities.
The official delivery by CSQA President Pietro Bonato to Gaetano Frulli , President of the Nuova Fiera del Levante, in the presence of Filomena D'Antini, National Equality Advisor, Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, took place within the “Women of Puglia” event, organized by Il Sole 24 Ore .
The event brought together leading figures in the economic, social, and cultural transformation of Southern Italy, including authoritative voices from institutions, business, academia, and culture.
They shared how female talent, expertise, and leadership are redefining the balance of power in decision-making, in the production of value, and in building a society of change.
UNI PdR 125 represents the reference standard for the adoption of a gender equality management system, based on specific KPIs that measure the effectiveness of corporate policies in this area. The goal is to reduce the gender gap in various areas: from career opportunities to pay equity, to inclusion policies, parenting protections, and work-life balance.
The Nuova Fiera del Levante is committed daily to supporting the values of gender equality through the adoption of corporate, organizational, and management mechanisms that respect the rights, freedom, and dignity of individuals.
"We are proud to have certified entities like the Nuova Fiera del Levante in this growth path towards gender equality" – declared Pietro Bonato, President of CSQA .
