Marinated agretti with beetroot eggs, risotto with green radicchio and crescenza cheese, tortelloni with eggplant parmigiana, turkey breast stuffed with artichokes, and nougat parfait with chocolate ganache. The renewal of the "L. Einaudi" institute's quality certification concluded with a sumptuous lunch.
Now entrusted to Gloria Katia Morrone, the area was managed with dedication and passion for the past twenty-three years by Giulia Beduschi, who ran it until her retirement in September 2024. For this reason, principal Nicoletta Ferrari wanted to reserve a place for the former teacher at her table. Other guests at the table included Mauro Parmagnani, inspector for the CSQA certification body , and vice principal Federica Gaboardi, as well as anti-bullying project coordinators Silvia Adami and Laura Mazzoni, and Letizia Spinello and Nicoletta Trovato, coordinators of the Health and Social Services course.
