An important recognition for the Italian dairy sector : Caseificio Torre Pallavicina is the first Grana Padano DOP dairy to have officially obtained authorization to use the Made Green in Italy logo , the national scheme promoted by the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security to enhance the environmental performance of Italian products.
This achievement represents a significant milestone for one of the most representative Made in Italy agri-food supply chains and is the culmination of a structured and shared process, made possible thanks to the collaboration between the production system and a qualified team of research institutions. Specifically, the work was developed with the scientific contributions of the Polytechnic University of Milan (Polimi), the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (UniCatt), and Enersem, a leading organization in environmental analysis and the sustainability of agri-food systems, with certification issued by CSQA , a nationally and internationally accredited and recognized body.
