The EU Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), Regulation (EU) 2025/40 , introduces new requirements for packaging and packaging waste across the EU.The first set of requirements applies from 12 August 2026.
For companies and their supply chain partners, this means that packaging processes, documentation and responsibilities within the supply chain require greater attention.
