The Consortium for the Protection of Piave PDO Cheese celebrated an anniversary that testifies to the success of a product born among the pastures of the Dolomites. Since 2010, the Consortium's turnover has grown, reaching €18.5 million in 2024. An average of 350,000 wheels are produced each year, approximately 10% of which are exported to 30 foreign markets, including the United States, Canada, Japan, and Australia.

The quality of Piave PDO is guaranteed by scrupulous compliance with European regulations: exclusively Belluno milk, 80% of which comes from typical Alpine breeds, a controlled supply chain, CSQA certifications, and constant vigilance against abuses and imitations.
