The launch of the “Le Eccellenze di Filiera” line : a range of specialties, whole and sliced, with 100% Italian meat from a traced and certified supply chain . The range was launched in April 2024, with the aim of positioning itself in the high end of the market.
The meats used in the processing of “Le Eccellenze di Filiera” come exclusively from animals born, raised and processed in Italy. Feed mills, farms and food processing plants are all certified by the CSQA Certification Body , the first Italian body accredited in the food sector.
