Double certification on gender equality for the Confcooperative Terre d'Emilia system. In fact, at the same time, the result was acquired by both the central cooperative (which includes 620 companies with 135,000 members and 47,000 employees) and the consultancy and business services company B.More (of which the CEO is Vanni Ceccardi from Reggio Emilia), born just under three years ago from the merger of the service centers of the Confcooperative of Reggio, Modena and Bologna and which today boasts a turnover of over 11 million euros . The two entities employ 194 people, distributed across ten operational offices.
The certification obtained by CSQA, underlined the president of Confcooperative Terre d'Emilia Matteo Caramaschi , "reflects an attention to equal opportunities that marks our entire path and highlights the adherence to those extended principles of sustainable development that are contained in the UN Agenda 2030, in which, at point 5, reference is made to gender equality that does not only mean avoiding forms of discrimination, but concretely creating a system of equal opportunities, inclusion and valorization of gender differences".
