The Joinfruit Producers' Organization of Verzuolo (CN), certified for gender equality in 2024 by CSQA , confirms its commitment for the 2025-2026 period, consolidating and expanding the path already started, thanks to a strategic communications plan designed to disseminate internally and externally the PO's activities aimed at building a fair and inclusive culture and work environment.
During the first year of certification, Joinfruit took the first steps on this journey of change, laying the foundation for a more comprehensive strategy. After an initial phase of implementation, the Piedmontese PO began translating the principles and requirements of the standard into concrete actions within the organization, implementing best practices to make gender equality a living and operational reality, integrated into processes, language, and corporate culture. The new communications plan demonstrates this vision.
"It's crucial for us to transparently communicate, both internally and externally, what the company is doing in this area," comments Bruno Sacchi, Director of Joinfruit . "To this end, we've worked on every possible communication tool available to our Producer Organization: from the internal newsletter to employee training, from visual materials in common areas—to promote inclusive language and raise awareness among staff—to the annual training report sent to stakeholders, press releases, social media channels, and the revision of the text content on company websites, brochures, and all other communication materials. The goal of the strategic communications plan is to share our progress, but also to disseminate best practices and promote a culture of respect and inclusion."
