After the introductory greetings of Franco Scolari , General Director of the Polo Tecnologico Alto Adriatico, Anna Facondo , Lawyer and Equality Advisor of Area Vasta di Pordenone, presented the strategies to guarantee equal opportunities within companies.
Valentina Ferrara , Cassation Lawyer and Gender Equality Auditor, explored the topic of inclusion in the corporate value chain, while Delenia Calloni , Architect and Manager of the Gender Equality BU of the Alto Adriatico Technology Center, and Marco Omodei Salè , Innovation and Development Manager of CSQA , explored the UNI/PdR 125 certification process, highlighting the benefits for companies. Finally, Paolo Frare , Engineer of Barzanò & Zanardo SpA, and Camilla Zanardo , Executive Director of Barzanò & Zanardo SpA, discussed the gender gap in the patent field, offering food for thought on a highly topical topic and their example of a virtuous path.
