The stamp depicts the letter “Q”, symbol of Quality, chosen to pay homage to a culture that, over the last twenty-five years, has guided Italian DOP and IGP products, a cornerstone of Masaf policies, and the protection Consortia in promoting the national agri-food model in Italy and around the world.

“The issue celebrates the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Qualivita Foundation,” stated Cesare Mazzetti, “and is a recognition of the cultural, scientific, and productive values that have always guided our work in supporting the quality Italian agri-food system. This work has also been made possible thanks to the contribution of our founding members CSQA Certificazioni, Origin Italia, RINA, and the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato .”
