Acqua Minerale San Benedetto has successfully passed the test to obtain Gender Equality certification according to UNI/PdR 125:2022 , the standard that defines measures to ensure gender equity in the workplace. This important recognition demonstrates the company's concrete commitment to creating an increasingly inclusive, fair, and valued work environment.

The certification, issued by CSQA , involved a structured process involving data collection and analysis, a feasibility assessment based on the KPIs required by the standard, and a final audit conducted by auditors from the certification body. The analysis encompassed all HR processes: from personal data to salary data, from gender balance within the various company categories to inclusion policies and the equal availability of training, development, and professional growth opportunities.

Among the most appreciated elements during the evaluation phase were equal pay between women and men, initiatives supporting work-life balance, the extension of parenting and caregiver support benefits, and the presence of a structured People Care function . These aspects reflect a corporate vision in which social sustainability is an integral part of the value creation strategy: giving value to people to give value to the company.

For San Benedetto, certification represents not just a point of arrival, but the beginning of a journey of continuous improvement. With this in mind, the three-year plan envisaged by UNI/PdR 125:2022 will focus on further improving KPIs, with particular attention to increasing the presence of women in senior roles and strengthening a truly inclusive corporate culture, including through an increasingly informed use of language and daily behaviors.
