The Valoritalia Shareholders' Meeting appointed the Company's new Board of Directors for the next three years, confirming Francesco Liantonio as President.
The new governance structure is part of Valoritalia's growth and consolidation journey, combining continuity and renewal and upholding the principles that have guided its activities since its inception: expertise, territorial reach, independence, and the ability to interpret the evolution of the Italian agri-food system.
The new Board of Directors of Valoritalia is composed of : Franco Adami, Giangiacomo Bonaldi Gallarati Scotti, Pietro Bonato (President and CEO of CSQA), Antonio Centocanti, Francesco Di Sarno, Maria Chiara Ferrarese (Director and CEO of CSQA), Francesco Liantonio, Massimo Marasso, Filippo Mobrici, Roberto Monti, Riccardo Ricci Curbastro, Andrea Rossi, Danilo Notarnicola, Luca Rigotti, Fabio Zenato and Simone Gasparetto.
Liantonio's confirmation represents continuity with the work done in recent years and leads Valoritalia into a new phase, characterized by the expansion of services, technological innovation, and an increasingly strategic role for certification in supporting business competitiveness.
