In recent years, there has been an increasing amount of talk about work-life balance, but the topic's full complexity isn't always fully grasped. The aim of the new UNI/PdR 192:2026 “Management system for the conciliation between family life and work – Requirements for the well-being of families” is to provide operational guidelines useful for accompanying organizations of any size and type in the implementation of inclusive and responsible corporate policies , dedicated to:
- parenthood (maternity and paternity),
- work-life balance,
- equal opportunities
- organizational well-being.
UNI/PdR 192 was developed by the UNI/Pdr “Family Friendly” table, led by UNI and Project Leader Matteo Orlandini of the Department for Family Policies.
The roundtable included experts from the Department of Family Policies and the Department of Equal Opportunities, along with representatives from the Agency for Social Cohesion of the Autonomous Province of Trento, LUMSA University, and Accredia. (Source: https://www.uni.com/ )
