Work-life certification has entered its operational phase. Following the publication of UNI/PdR 192:2026 in April and the Accredia technical circular defining the accreditation rules in July, the deliberation committee on September 28th paved the way for the first bodies officially authorized to issue certification to businesses. Meanwhile, applications have also been made available for the €7.5 million non-repayable grant, managed by Unioncamere, aimed at supporting businesses in obtaining certification.
The measure is aimed at organizations that have adopted, or intend to adopt, structured policies to promote work-life balance. Special attention is paid to promoting organizational flexibility, parenting, caregivers, welfare, and career continuity; these are also key issues for employees themselves.

Among these are Bureau Veritas Italia and CSQA , which can now carry out the checks aimed at issuing the work-life certification.
The list may of course be expanded as other organizations complete the accreditation process.
