The certification process included an in-depth analysis of our internal processes, policies, and performance indicators related to gender equality.
The positive outcome of the audit conducted by Uniter demonstrates the solidity of the implemented management system and the consistency of the actions undertaken with the principles of UNI PdR 125.
For CSQA, this certification does not represent a point of arrival, but a significant stage in a path of continuous improvement .
