Every package of Gragnano PGI Pasta must be traceable and certified . From the semolina to the packaging, everything is inspected by an independent body (CSQA) . The label must also display the PGI designation, the producer's name, and the official logo. Only in this way can consumers be sure they're purchasing authentic Gragnano pasta.
