The document is intended to be a guide for the use of broad and inclusive language in the internal and external communication of the Municipality of Bologna, but it is also very useful for corporate language .
A first step for organizations that want to undertake a structured path of gender equality , adopting a management system according to UNI PdR 125:2022 .
