For Molini Pivetti , 2026 begins with an important event dedicated to retail: on January 14th and 15th, the Renazzo (FE) company will participate in the 22nd edition of Marca by BolognaFiere & ADM. The event will be in Pavilion 25, booths B105 – C104.
The company will bring to the fair its range of flours aimed at consumers, such as the Bio line, from organic farming, and Everyday , flours perfect for everyday use in creating traditional products in the kitchen. These are joined by lines from controlled and certified supply chains.
Since 2016, Molini Pivetti has developed the Campi Protetti Pivetti brand supply chain, the first certified by the international body CSQA. Specifically, Gran Riserva flours guarantee a 100% certified Emilian product , obtained exclusively from the milling of the finest, superior-quality soft wheats. Meanwhile, the Sustainable Agriculture line stands out for its even greener approach: grains grown using sustainable practices in selected fields of the Campi Protetti Pivetti Sostenibile supply chain, far from sources of pollution and located exclusively in the provinces of Ferrara, Bologna, and Modena, areas that have always been dedicated to producing the finest soft wheats in Italy.
