Founded in 1875 in Renazzo, in the province of Ferrara, by Valente Pivetti, Molini Pivetti is today one of the most important Italian companies in the processing of soft wheat . With six storage centers, three research centers and a production capacity of 450,000 tons of flour per year , the company closed 2024 with a turnover of over 104 million euros. A result that rewards an approach, throughout the production process, based on the quality of raw materials, collaboration with farmers and a controlled supply chain system .

This innovative model is Campi Protetti Pivetti , synonymous with a short supply chain, CSQA certified , active since 2016, which is now digitalized and partly sustainable.
