At TuttoFood 2023 the company wanted to focus attention on its Dtp 112 CSQA certified supply chain, thanks to which four types of flour are produced with totally eco-sustainable packaging.

Molino Cosma acts as a hinge between the agricultural world and that of food production with an eye to sustainability , the theme at the center of the company's presence at the 2023 edition of TuttoFood. «We bring our Dtp 112 CSQA certified supply chain to the fair, which is completely sustainable , from the seed to the shelf and is an absolute novelty in the field of soft wheat flours - explains Piero Cosma, company CEO - Our supply chain starts from contracts with farmers, our partners, in the province of Rovigo and reaches our Carbon Footprint certified mill in full compliance with the Dtp 112 specification. it was 100% sustainable soft wheat, not only as a competitive lever and safeguard of the ecosystem, but also aiming at the well-being of the consumer».

Another novelty developed by Molino Cosma concerns the totally eco-sustainable packaging of the flours which is obtained from 100% compostable raw materials. This allows the consumer to throw the used packaging in the organic waste, giving it new life as compost for the production of energy.
