In a symbolic and significant event held at the Cittadella della Carità in Rome, the Roma Solidarietà social cooperative, promoted by Caritas Rome, officially received the UNI/PdR 125 certification for gender equality from the CSQA certification body. The event was attended by the cooperative's president, Giustino Trincia, and vice president and general manager, Paola Aversa; the heads of CSQA's Healthcare & Personal Services Business Units, Massimo Dutto and Massimiliano Oro; the management of Confcooperative Lazio, represented by President Marco Marcocci and Director Flaminia Valenza, who supported the cooperative in implementing the gender equality management system and trained staff; and Bruna Rossetti, representing the Pragma network.
The Roma Solidarietà cooperative has adopted a gender equality management system compliant with UNI/PdR 125, with the aim of promoting equal opportunities, inclusion, and the valorization of diversity within the organization. Policies, procedures, and responsibilities have been implemented to integrate gender equality into corporate strategies and operational processes.
