An important recognition for the Acof Olga Fiorini Institutes , the certification on gender equality , achieved according to Uni Pdr 125 "Guidelines on the management system for gender equality". The educational structure in Busto Arsizio, 20 locations, 800 employees and over 3500 students, confirms its commitment to implementing policies that go in that direction.
The certification issued by Csqa came after a complex process during which all the activities and documentation necessary for the recognition of one's commitment to gender equality were perfected.
A value that goes well beyond the fact that women represent the majority of the employed staff, that the management teams are largely and always “pink” and that the very birth of the educational institution is due to the foresight and strength, half a century ago, of an extraordinary woman like Olga Fiorini.
The certification is based on actions that go in the direction of gender equality in terms of career opportunities and remuneration, a constant effort in training dedicated to equality as well as a series of aspects related to the protection of parenthood that are fundamental for a working environment to be truly gender equality. It was certainly an organizational challenge, but also a very practical one.
