Gender Equality for IRCCS INRCA The IRCCS INRCA - the National Institute for the Hospitalization and Care of the Elderly of a public scientific nature - has received certification for Gender Equality from CSQA in accordance with UNI PdR 125 , confirming itself as a point of reference not only in the field of research and assistance , but also in the construction of a fair, inclusive and sustainable working environment.

UNI PdR 125 is based on principles such as transparency, impartiality, respect, and inclusiveness, elements fully shared by the Institute.
Obtaining this certification is fully in line with the mission of IRCCS INRCA, in line with a generative and supportive welfare system, consistent with the Goals of the UN 2030 Agenda, in particular with Goal 5 – Gender Equality.

At IRCCS INRCA there are processes aimed at identifying and remediating any non-inclusion incidents.
  • HR Processes : Implementation of HR processes relating to the various stages of a resource's life cycle within the organization, based on principles of inclusion and respect for diversity.
  • Growth opportunities and inclusion for women in the company : improving the organization's ability to create gender-neutral access to internal career and growth paths and their acceleration.
  • Gender pay equity : implementing processes to balance remuneration.
  • Parenting and work-life balance : implementing policies to support staff in their parenting and caregiving activities
  • Prevention of all forms of physical, psychological, and digital abuse.
Regarding this achievement, the INRCA Strategic Management emphasized: "With this result, IRCCS INRCA strengthens its identity as a responsible and innovative scientific healthcare institution, capable of translating ethical values into concrete actions for the benefit of individuals, communities, and the region."

Even in public healthcare facilities, it is possible to comply with the 6 Areas dictated by this practice, valorizing the individual as a resource in an internationally cutting-edge process.
