The Viticultural Vademecum , created with Condifesa Treviso , represents an annual guide for operators and agronomists: a technical compendium that contains the most up-to-date practices for sustainable and conscious viticulture .
In parallel, the collaboration with Equalitas – which involves Federdoc, CSQA, Valoritalia and Gambero Rosso – aims to promote a certified model of sustainable wine , protecting both the product and the territory.
This direction is linked to an ethical and courageous choice: the modification of the Production Regulations which prohibits the use of Mancozeb, Folpet and Glyphosate , three active ingredients harmful to the environment.
