We are, between the precious MArC (…which – increasingly – is not “just” the home of the Bronzes), the palm trees and centuries-old magnolias of the Falcomatà seafront overlooking the Strait and the must of the fairy-tale backdrop of the still snow-capped Etna.

Pizza Roma uses Campi Protetti Italiani flour from Molini Pivetti, part of a “short supply chain” certified by CSQA , which has been “sustainable” since 2022, thanks to the LCA analysis that measures CO2 emissions for each kilogram of flour produced.
