On the occasion of International Celiac Disease Day , Serenissima Ristorazione served over 2,500 gluten-free meals in 20 schools in Lombardy. The initiative, part of the project “Tutti a tavola, tutti insieme” promoted by the Italian Celiac Association (AIC), involved institutions in various provinces, confirming the commitment of the Vicenza-based company in raising awareness of this pathology that affects thousands of Italians.

Quality knows no compromise. The Group's Technical Area Manager, Maria Leida Putin , underlined the importance of developing local initiatives, especially in Lombardy, which is the region with the highest number of people affected by celiac disease in Italy.

Attention to detail makes the difference. For years, Serenissima has been producing gluten-free products certified according to CSQA DTP 108 at its Boara Pisani plant, thanks to a dedicated production line that guarantees maximum food safety for all consumers with specific needs.
