A significant milestone for Banca Adria Colli Euganei : as of today, gender equality is certified according to the national standard Uni/PdR 125:2022 and, at the same time, women working at the Institute have outnumbered men, becoming the majority of the workforce.
The certification was issued by the accredited body CSQA following an in-depth evaluation process based on qualitative and quantitative indicators that measure policies, processes, and results.
President Mauro Giuriolo emphasizes: "The most significant aspect is the path that has allowed us to look inside ourselves, carefully analyzing what was already part of our daily way of operating."
The staffing data itself speaks volumes about the change: while in 2019, women represented just over 40% of employees, in the following years the growth was constant, reaching a female majority by the end of 2024.
